Sri Siva Speaks: "How to Deal with Waiting and Delay"

No one wants to wait. No one likes delay. However, life experience is delays and waiting in everything that we do. Just think about how frustrated you are when you are standing on line in the grocery store. By the time you get closer to the teller either, a) the machine breaks or b.) the items need a price check. You either speak French or call on Jesus. But waiting is not only confined to grocery store lines, it is everywhere. You have been waiting for the money you wanted, waiting for Mr. Right or Miss Right. Life in fact, is all about waiting. Everyone is waiting for their future. It is the hope that the future is going to be somewhat better, that gives you energy to live the present, keep the job and maintain the status quo. One way of dealing with the frustrations about delay is to conceptualize no future at all. I am going to have the same old life. Nothing is going to change. Forget it. I have no future. If you able to say these things to your mind there will be temporary relief. Nevertheless we cling on to the future when things are going to be better. This is because everyone is psychic to some degree. Somehow they intuit the coming of the Golden Age. It is true. But we are only 2 years away from the Golden Age. The years 2003 and 2004 will see all the changes needed for the transformation. This will be through the direct participation of the Gods in human affairs.

Until the Golden Age comes you have to hang on. You need to deal with waiting. The term wait has a lot of weight. There is a relationship between the 2 terms, wait and weight. Weight or heaviness arrests the movement, the wait causing the delay or the wait. I want to give you an analogy from everyday life. You go to a restaurant, you see a big line, you go to the receptionist and ask how long is the wait, she says, 40 minutes. Physically speaking this wait is the arrest of your movement. You want to go ahead but you can't. How can one deal with this. You can go to another restaurant where there is no wait, but you do want to dine in this particular one because the food is better here. You are guaranteed that the food will not be bad here. So it is worth waiting. I am going to teach you a simple technique to deal with the frustrations associated with the wait.

Momentarily close your eyes and put your attention on the two temporal lobes. Go to the left temporal lobe that corresponds to the left forehead and move the energy to the right temporal lobe. Do this 3 times. You have to visualize the energy as light moving from the left forehead to the right forehead. Also, move the energy from the neo cortex to the mid brain. You will find a miracle happening, you are no longer bothered by the delay, whether money is not coming or you are not meeting the right person. Simply do this technique and you will find a relief immediately.
